Navigating the waves of life can be hard, but you don’t have to do it alone.

Do you look relaxed and put together from the outside, but feel the opposite inside? You might feel caught up in the stress and anxiety of performing at work or school. Maybe a past experience never seems to stop playing in your mind (and playing out in your day-to-day life). If you’ve recently experienced a big life change like a new job or becoming a parent, anxiety might be showing up in brand new ways.

You’ve done everything you know to do to manage these things, but the people closest to you are beginning to notice a difference in you. When you’re honest with yourself, you realize maybe you’re not quite at your best.

It’s okay if you’re not quite sure what’s wrong or what needs to change right now—that’s what I’m here for. Together, we’ll establish realistic goals and work through whatever barriers are interfering with your happiness.

My Background & Approach

Therapy with me is not simply you talking and me responding with big, clinical words. I’m going to genuinely and authentically engage and collaborate with you. We’ll brainstorm together and I’ll offer feedback, suggestions, and strategies that can translate into tangible changes in your life.

My approach is person-centered—that means I view you as the expert in the room and allow you to take the lead. I also incorporate methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), and Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), depending on your individual needs and goals.

I received a Masters in Theological Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary before receiving my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. My work with a broad range of clients in a variety of settings including schools, nonprofits, and county mental health allows me to truly meet clients where they are on their unique journey.
