Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker

The fact that you’re here is a sign of your strength.

Does it feel like your thoughts and emotions are controlling you, and not the other way around? Life feels unmanageable—you’ve done everything you know to do in order to manage all of this, but it still feels like too much.

You might be tired of feeling at odds with your body and food. Sure, you’re “getting by” at school or work, but you know there has to be more to life than this. If you recently started college, graduated, or experienced another big life change, you might be noticing old habits cropping up again.

Maybe your days feel plagued by anxiety: constantly worrying about things that are out of your control, but feeling powerless to stop it. This could be showing up in the form of obsessions and/or compulsions, phobias, or simply levels of anxiety that feel too high to manage on your own.

Whatever it is that’s brought you here today, please know this: there is hope.

My Background & Approach

At the core of my approach to therapy is helping you know you’re not alone. I get down into the trenches with my clients and help them begin to see themselves as separate from their symptoms, diagnoses, or challenges. My goal is to offer a space where you feel seen, heard, accepted, and understood on your pathway toward healing.

I hold a BS in Dietetics in addition to my Masters of Social Work. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and families in a variety of settings including residential treatment, PHP/IOP, and outpatient therapy. I have extensive experience working in the field of eating disorders. I incorporate gender-affirming and trauma-informed care, DBT, & mindfulness into treatment.
