We accept Optum PPO Plans. If your insurance covers ‘out-of-network providers’ they may also reimburse you for part of our fee.

  • We are pleased to provide superbills for our clients seeking reimbursement for out-of-network services. These detailed receipts include all the necessary information for submission to your insurance provider, helping streamline the process of claiming eligible benefits.
