You deserve to always have someone in your corner.
You may be grieving the end of your athletic career, a dream you hoped for, or what you missed while dedicating so much of your life to something or someone outside yourself.
Maybe you’re carrying experiences, pressures, or losses that are hard to put into words. I’m here to help you understand who you are beyond your sport, your trauma, or your relationships to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside.
I support current and former athletes, as well as women who have experienced narcissistic abuse, to reflect on your experiences with self-compassion and feel truly validated and supported—maybe even for the first time.
With preteens and teens, I provide a space to slow down and take a deep breath while we explore and process the pressures you face in your sport, building confidence and self-advocacy skills along the way.
Wherever you are in your journey, my goal is to help you release what no longer serves you, feel more like yourself again, and step into a life that reflects your values, your hopes, and who you truly want to be.
My Background & Approach
In our work together, I’ll invite you to gently reconnect with yourself and your body—the same body you may have been taught to push through or ignore. Through somatic tools like body scans and guided imagery, you’ll learn to notice what your body is telling you with kindness, rebuilding a relationship with yourself that feels safer, softer, and more supportive.
I offer EMDR to help your brain and body process experiences that still feel stuck. If memories or pressures from your athletic career or relationships still shape how you feel today, EMDR can help reduce emotional intensity, bring clarity, and create more room for calm, choice, and confidence in your day-to-day life.
Using an IFS-informed approach, we can explore the different parts of you—especially younger parts that may still carry old fears, pressures, or loneliness. Together, we’ll help those parts feel seen, understood, and less alone, building a deeper sense of safety and trust within yourself.
Mindfulness and values are another cornerstone of our work. Using ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), we’ll practice noticing thoughts and feelings without judgment to guide you in making choices that align with your values.
I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. My experience ranges from high school counseling, to working with at-risk youth and their families navigating various mental health challenges, as well as supporting athletes and women by guiding them toward resilience and self-empowerment.
As a Division 1 athlete at Loyola Marymount University and an assistant youth softball coach with California Cruisers Fastpitch, my personal experience in athletics has also shaped my work as a therapist. I recognize the unique demands placed on athletes and other high-performing individuals, and it’s an honor to get to support them in reaching their fullest potential.
