Empowering you to advocate for yourself and become the person you were meant to be.

You have big dreams for your life—ideas about the kind of career, life, and relationships you want to have—but something’s getting in the way. That might be anxious, worried, or intrusive thoughts, feeling like you’re not good enough, or spending so much time caring for others that you’ve lost yourself in the midst of it.

It doesn’t help that life feels like it is in a constant state of change, whether that’s transitioning into or out of college, entering adulthood, or navigating new friendships, relationships, and decisions about the future.

I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults who feel stuck, like they’ve lost sight of where they’re going. They’re tired of these things holding them back and they’re ready to quiet their inner critic and uncover and embrace their true, authentic selves.

My Background & Approach

All of you—the questions, the shame or guilt, the things you haven’t shared before—is welcome here. This is a judgment-free space where you will feel seen, safe, and accepted just the way you are.

Therapy with me is collaborative: rather than just pulling from a single theory or approach, it will be tailored to what works for you. I’ll be here alongside you to show you what your options are, and you’ll be empowered to ask for what you need out of each therapy session, whether that’s solutions, skills, or someone to just listen.

I work from a depth-oriented integrative approach that is individualized to each client. I utilize various modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical and Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). Through our work you will understand and heal the things that prevent you from having the life you want.

I received my Master’s from Hope International University, a Bachelor’s in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton and an Associate in Business Administration from Saddleback College. Throughout my career, I have experience supporting children, adults, and families in a variety of settings, each of which informs the work I do today.
