Through validation, empowering support, and heartfelt advocacy, I walk alongside you to reclaim your voice and peace to live the life you’ve always deserved.
You might be overwhelmed by anxiety and the constant demands life throws your way. Or maybe you’re in the middle of a big life change, searching for solid ground in shifting sands. You might be living with chronic pain or illness that leaves you feeling tired and misunderstood, like no one really knows what you’re going through. You’re grieving the loss of the life you’ve always known while adjusting to a new “normal” without even knowing what that looks like.
While these might be the things that bring you into therapy, I see you as so much more than your struggles. Your story is a whole book, not just a single chapter. We’ll talk about the hard things, yes, but we’ll also find room for laughter, small moments of joy, and the kind of connection that makes the work feel a little lighter.
Whatever you’re facing right now, you deserve a space where your feelings are truly validated, you are heard without judgement and your unique experience matters.
My Background & Approach
Therapy with me feels like taking a deep breath, like you can finally put the filter down and just be real. I bring warmth, energy, and authenticity with zero judgment into every session because I want you to feel not just heard, but truly seen. Clients often tell me it’s easy to open up to me, even about the things they swore they’d never say out loud.
Our sessions are conducted virtually where I strive to create a warm, connected, and collaborative atmosphere that feels like a FaceTime call with a trusted confidant. We will focus on building practical skills using the strengths you already have to face challenges with confidence and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. Your voice matters to me. I will always ensure that you feel in control so that therapy is exactly what you need it to be, and that can change at any time. Even though we’re not physically in the same space, my goal is for you to feel fully supported throughout our work together.
I use an integrative approach, blending the right measures of Humanistic, Narrative, Client-Centered, Mindfulness-Based, Strengths-Based, and Emotion-Focused therapies — with a touch of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy when it fits. This allows me to create the perfect mix tailored just for you.
I earned a double Master’s degree in Psychology and in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy – both from Pepperdine University. My clinical experience includes both breadth and depth of different clients. From supporting neurodivergent children to teens struggling with deep depression, from young adults navigating the transition from high school to college all the way to the more mature individuals navigating the challenges of aging, it’s an honor to walk alongside my clients through all of life’s stages.
I understand what it’s like to sit on the other side of the couch (or screen!). I know what it’s like to feel hesitant, resistant, nervous, or overwhelmed about starting therapy–I’m here to lighten that load you’ve been carrying on your own. I also know what it’s like to experience transformative healing when you trust the process in a space that validates your experiences and feelings. Because of my own experience, I am dedicated to being right there with you through yours — fully present, engaged, and genuinely curious about your world, empowering you with practical tools and compassionate support each step of the way.
